
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
I have recently made the difficult decision to introduce a £20 non-refundable deposit for all bookings.
Over the past few weeks I have had a high number of cancellations, and unfortunately these last minute changes mean appointment times, that others could have benefited from, go to waste.
To secure your appointment, the £20 deposit can be paid via bank transfer, a SumUp link sent via text or in person (cash or card).
Don’t worry your £20 deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations will result in your deposit being lost. You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment without losing it (it will be used for your new appointment). If you reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, it will be considered as a cancellation and your deposit will be lost.
